    Dr. Schacher is a board-certified emergency physician who completed residency training at Baystate Medical Center and who began learning about Botox and dermal fillers 7 years ago. He is a certified injector, certified in laser therapies, certified in autologous fat transplant, platelet-rich plasma therapy, sclerotherapy, hormone replacement therapies, and facial rejuvenation. Dr. Schacher is currently the Medical Staff President at Noble Hospital and the Associate Director of the Emergency Department as well as the Director of Education. Bella MedSpa's goal is to be known as the best in the area for giving consistently excellent aesthetic results and service without the downtime and expense of surgery. We want people to love coming in to see us because of how their needs are heard, how they are cared for, and the love how they feel after they've left because of how good they look. By staying on the cutting edge of the newest in noninvasive and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures and technologies, but only incorporating those that have consistently been shown to work, we will be able to best meet this objective for our patients.     Laurie Dusel, RN, BSN, CLP has been a registered nurse for over 30 years and has worked in the skin care industry for the past 10 years. She is certified in the use of aesthetic laser and ultrasound technologies for skin rejuvenation, hair removal, and body contouring. She stays current with the latest science behind healthy skin and body and embraces a proactive, noninvasive approach to looking and feeling great.

    Aesthetician

    Kara graduated with her Bachelors of Science from Salve Regina University and has been an RN since 2000. She began her career in Neurosurgery at Rhode Island Hospital, and in 2003, switched to Emergency Medicine here in Westfield. Since 2010, Kara has been working as a Clinical Consultant for Becton Dickinson, educating health care professionals on a device used to safely prepare and administer hazardous drugs. She maintains a part-time role as an RN in the ER at Noble Hospital. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her 4 nieces and nephews.

Having this level of experience has given her a wealth of knowledge in the anatomy and physiology of the skin, advanced technologies and body contouring.

    Lauren is currently a Patient Coordinator at Bella MedSpa, responsible for assisting patients with scheduling appointments, completing registration/check-out and providing valued information about our practice, ENVIRON products and procedures. Lauren is both a licensed Cosmetologist and Aesthetician and has studied Medical Aesthetics as well. She has recently furthered her education in Advanced Aesthetic Training by attending Coolsculpting University and has enjoyed training as a Certified Laser Practitioner. Lauren will soon be joining our Bella Aesthetics Team as a Medical Aesthetician so she may continue treating patients in both skin care and body contouring.

    Aesthetician

    Emily began practicing Medical Aesthetics in 2016 and brings a fresh, professional outlook to skin health and advanced treatments. Her enthusiasm for keeping up to date with new protocols and procedures for both body and skin has been beneficial to our practice and to her patients. Emily excels in caring for each patient individually and takes the time to get to know their every want and need. She customizes each patient visit and helps provide a solution for their concerns during their skin care journey.
